Sausage and Egg Muffins

OK, we love these at our house. Quick and easy to make and it makes breakfast quick and easy!

What you need:

1lb of Ground Breakfast Sausage, 6 eggs, milk, ingredients to taste. I use: frozen spinach, onion, tomato, shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese. Salt and Pepper

Who to make them:

  1. Take your muffin pan and spray a Pam
  2. Spread your ground sausage evenly in the bottom of each muffin cup making it create a little bit of a cup of sausage
  3. Mix your egg and add a little milk
  4. Pour your egg mix into each muffin cup
  5. Place your tomato, spinach, cheese ect into each cup
  6. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes

Let them cool, remove from the muffin tray and refrigerate.

To reheat them, they only need about 20 seconds to warm up.
