Pork Half Share and Cut Sheet

Cuts and half shares will be available after August 22, 2017 and January 2, 2018. We are taking half share orders now.
Our hogs are raised in an outdoor, free range environment. We are not certified organic, we are not a certified organic farm. We do, however, raise our hogs with great care and consideration for their health and well being. Our hogs are given access to natural ground forage, we feed them our own garden raised fruits and vegetables as well of a fortified grain pellet, they have access to clean drinking water at all times and are kept in a social group.   • Baby Back Ribs: $8.50/lb
  • 1” Pork Chops (2 chops per package, bone-in): $8.00/lb
  • Ground Pork: $5.00/lb
  • Hot Breakfast Sausage (no casing) : $7.50/lb
  • Breakfast Sausage (no casing): $7.50/lb
  • Smoked Bacon: $10.00/lb
  • Smoked Shoulder Steaks: $7.00/lb
  • Country Style Ribs: $5.25/lb
  • Pork Tenderloin (very limited supply): $14.00/lb
  • Bacon Ends: $7.00/lb
  • Pork Picnic Roast (Butt Roast): $6.75/lb
  • Smoked Ham (Shoulder/Leg): $7.49/lb

Half Share of Pork:
One of our half share hogs will yield 60-100 lbs of freezer meat. We process our hogs at around 250 lbs of hanging weight. We have all of our meat processed in a local USDA inspected meat processing facility. Smoked pork is processed in a USDA facility in Vermont.
Price per Pound: $5.50/lb
Slaughter fee: $50/pig
A half pig typically will yield: 26 chops at 3/4” thick cut, 1 pork tenderloin, 8 pork steaks, 2 bone-in shoulder roast, 1 rack of ribs, 12 lbs of sausage, 5 lbs of bacon, 15 lbs of ham.
